  1. Draw Your Layout: Sketch the shape of your kitchen (Single Wall, L-shape, U-shape, or Galley). Mark walls, windows, doors, and appliances.
  2. Measure Walls: Record wall lengths from corner to corner (in inches). Do not measure only the cabinets—measure the full wall space.
  3. Record Key Features: Note appliance sizes, plumbing and gas line locations, as well as the dimensions of windows and door openings.
  4. Measure Ceiling Height: Take measurements in several spots. Include soffits or any changes in ceiling height.
  5. Take Photos: Photograph the overall space and any areas that may be difficult to understand from measurements alone.

    3 | Quote & Agreement

    After finalizing the design details, we will provide a comprehensive quote outlining the full scope of work. Once everything is reviewed and approved, we move forward with a formal agreement that clearly defines the project terms, timeline, and expectations. This step ensures transparency and alignment before construction begins.

    4 | Preparation & Final Design Review

    At this stage, the renovation process moves into detailed preparation and final design coordination. We organize materials, confirm measurements, and prepare the project plan for construction. A final appointment is scheduled with you to review all design details and clarify any remaining questions. During this meeting, we present the design using professional rendering software so you can clearly visualize the final result before the renovation begins.

    5 | Installation

    At this stage, the renovation work begins and the design starts to take shape. Our professional construction team coordinates every part of the project, managing trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finishing work.
